4. Selling Your Caravan to StaticSpy

• Providing inaccurate or incomplete information may result in a revised offer.

4.2 Ownership & Authority

By selling a caravan to us, you confirm that:

• You are the legal owner or authorised to sell.
• The caravan is free from finance, debt, or legal dispute unless disclosed in writing.
• You have the right to transfer ownership.

4.3 Payment

• Payment will be made via bank transfer unless otherwise agreed.
• Payment timing will be confirmed in writing prior to collection.
• We reserve the right to withhold payment if ownership or legal issues arise.

5. Purchasing a Caravan from StaticSpy

5.1 Descriptions

• We make reasonable efforts to ensure descriptions and specifications are accurate.
• Images are for illustrative purposes.
• Buyers are encouraged to inspect units prior to purchase where possible.

5.2 Pricing

• Prices are quoted in GBP (£) unless stated otherwise.
• Prices may change without notice until a sale agreement is confirmed.
• VAT will be included where applicable.

5.3 Deposits

• Deposits may be required to secure a caravan.
• Deposit terms and refund policies will be provided at the time of agreement.

6. Transportation & Export

• Transport arrangements are subject to availability and third-party providers.
• Delivery timelines are estimates only.
• StaticSpy is not liable for delays caused by weather, road restrictions, or regulatory requirements.
• Export buyers are responsible for compliance with destination country regulations unless agreed otherwise in writing.

7. Cancellations & Consumer Rights

If you are purchasing as a consumer (not a business), your rights may be protected under:

• Consumer Rights Act 2015
• Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013

Where applicable:

• You may have a 14-day cooling-off period for distance sales.
• Certain exemptions may apply to custom, made-to-order, or pre-owned goods.

Full cancellation details will be provided in your sales agreement.

• Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price paid.
